How can I contact you?

Our contact hours are from 9am to 6pm PST Monday-Friday.

We are based in Los Angeles, California.
How are the products made?
Mostly all items are handmade. Fabric and prints are handpicked by the founder of Coffee Talk Clothing.
Hint* if you see something you like, get them while supplies last because chances are we won't get another batch made.
WHOLESALE
Do you offer Wholesale?
Yes, we do. Please e-mail coffeetalkclothing@gmail.com for all wholesale inquires with the subject line wholesale.
Please provide your first and last name, contact information along with your store website and social media handle.
ORDERS
What is your turnaround time?
Please allow up to 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing after your order has been placed.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your package has been shipped.
What is the return policy?
Due to Covid-19, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. All orders are final sale.

Can I cancel an order?
Mostly all items are handmade to order. For this reason, we are unable to cancel an order after it is placed. Change to cancel within 24 hours.
How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
If you need to make changes to your order such as, a different size or color, please contact us within 48 hours after to placing your order. Please keep in mind that the size and/or color must be available to purchase when changing your order. We cannot reroute your package once it has been shipped from our facility. Please review your billing and shipping address when placing an order.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
What are the shipping options?
We provide:
USPS first class mail which arrives 3-7 business days
Priority shipping which arrives 1-3 business days
Please be advised that due to Covid-19, our facility and shipping carriers are experiencing delays. Shipping times may take longer than listed above and is outside of our control.
What do I do if my package was missing/misplaced or stolen?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a noticed of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf.
To file a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS at (800)257-8799 and have your tracking number on hand.
COFFEE TALK CLOTHING is not responsible for any lost/misplaced or stolen packages. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of USPS. We will not replace merchandise due to lost/misplaced or stolen packages, issue a refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
